Ingredients:
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess.
- Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
