- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions for garnish
- Oil for frying

Instructions:
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, pour the buttermilk over the chicken pieces and let them marinate for 10 minutes.
- Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well covered.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to create the Bang Bang sauce.
- Once the chicken is cooked, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
